Join us for a meaningful trip to Topsail Beach, North Carolina, and discover the incredible work of the
Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center! This non-profit organization is dedicated to conserving and protecting all species of marine turtles, both in their ocean habitats and on nesting
beaches. At their Sea Turtle Hospital, you’ll see firsthand how they provide vital rehabilitation services
for sick and injured sea turtles. The primary species under their compassionate care include the
loggerhead, green, and Kemp’s ridleys. After our tour, we’ll head to Salty Turtle Beer Co. for lunch (on
your own). Departure time is 7:30 a.m. Activity Level 3.
