Cypress Gardens, a 170-acre preserve, has been a destination spot for many visitors for their one-of-a-kind attraction, celebrated in numerous national magazines, popular television programs and iconic films such as The Notebook and The Patriot. The centerpiece of the garden is the 80 acres of black water bald cypress/tupelo swamp, surrounded by boat and foot trails. Our trip will include both a walking and boat tour. Following our tour, we’ll stop for lunch. Lunch on your own. Departure time 7:45 a.m. Activity Level 4
