Join a hands-on class where you get to blend herbs, flowers, and fruit infusions into gourmet vinegars and finishing salts. Learn how to capture the freshness of the farm by creating tasty, edible gifts. This class is a blend of both curiosity and creativity, taste and herbs. Following the class, we’ll stop and have lunch (on your own). Departure time is 8:15 a.m. Activity Level 2
Level 2: Moderate—You like a balanced approach to travel. Walking up to 1-2 miles over the course of a day or standing for 30 minutes is no problem for you. You can handle a variety of terrains to moderate hills with ease and without assistance. You can climb two flights of stairs with ease.
